Rude Receptionist Ruined My Morning Call

I just had an interaction with a receptionist who epitomized poor customer service: her Italian accent was so thick and rapid that comprehension was nearly impossible, compounded by her frequent yawning while speaking. She completely ignored my initial courteous greetings, remaining silent and unresponsive. Despite the pre-recorded message claiming I would speak with "trained reception staff", her performance was anything but professional, demonstrating a total lack of understanding about the service I was inquiring about. This isn't an isolated incident; previous encounters with their reception team have consistently revealed the same low standards of communication and unprofessional attitude. The staff seem to be hired with no regard for basic interpersonal skills or customer care. It's a disappointing reflection of what was once a high-quality medical practice, now seemingly in a state of decline.
