Rude receptionist ruined my morning call

During my phone interaction with the receptionist on April 22nd at 08:11 AM, I was shocked by her extreme rudeness - she might well be the most discourteous individual I've ever spoken with. It's remarkable that she continues to work in her role despite what seem to be widespread complaints about her unprofessional demeanor. She appears to systematically mistreat patients who are already in vulnerable positions, displaying a level of disrespect that fundamentally contradicts the supportive nature her job should embody. This marks my second encounter with her unacceptable conduct. While I initially attributed her previous poor behavior to potentially having an isolated bad day, I now recognize her rudeness as a consistent pattern rather than a one-time occurrence. Her persistent lack of empathy and basic professional courtesy is truly astounding, especially in a medical setting where compassion should be paramount.
