Rude receptionist ruined my morning call

The staff member who handled my call this morning on 9/12/22 at 8:11 am should seriously reconsider their career path. It's evident that you are dissatisfied with your current role and are inappropriately projecting that frustration onto customers. There was absolutely no need for you to abruptly terminate our call in the manner you did. I called precisely at 8 am as instructed, waited patiently in the queue, and was met with an incredibly patronizing and uncooperative attitude. Do you genuinely embody the core principles of the NHS? Are you aware of your fundamental professional responsibility to provide compassionate care? Truly disheartening
