Rude Receptionist Ruined My Registration Process

My interaction with the receptionist was thoroughly frustrating. She displayed a discourteous demeanor, demonstrated a lack of knowledge about the online registration procedure, and even suggested that I had comprehension issues with the language. When I attempted to discuss her inappropriate communication style, she became defensive, claimed I was being disrespectful, and abruptly ended our conversation. Furthermore, she was unable to direct me to the correct team for assistance, despite my having already waited three weeks for a registration process that was promised to take merely five days according to the confirmation email. This entire exchange was unprofessional, demeaning, and represents a standard of customer service that is completely unacceptable.
