Rude receptionist ruins clinic experience

Truly disheartening experience. One receptionist in particular displays an incredibly unprofessional demeanor. She sighs dramatically when requested to check alternative appointment dates and consistently interrupts patients. This environment feels particularly challenging for individuals struggling with anxiety or mental health issues. Despite accumulating negative feedback and ongoing complaints, the practice maintains an inflexible booking policy, claiming they're perpetually overwhelmed. Appointments are essentially only available same-day, and even those vanish rapidly, leaving patients endlessly dialing through constant busy signals. The scheduling process resembles a chaotic, competitive scramble. The medical professionals themselves are actually quite competent, assuming one can successfully secure an appointment. Having been a patient here since 2007, I've witnessed a steady and disappointing decline in their overall service quality.
