Rude receptionist ruins convenient GP experience

The receptionist's demeanor is shockingly unprofessional, displaying a complete lack of basic interpersonal skills when interacting with patients. One wonders how someone so ill-suited for customer service ended up in such a crucial front-facing position. Despite multiple encounters marred by her discourteous attitude, I find myself reluctantly continuing to visit this practice solely due to its incredibly convenient location, mere steps from my residence. However, her persistent rudeness has reached a point where I'm seriously contemplating switching healthcare providers, even if it means sacrificing the proximity I currently enjoy.
