Rude receptionist ruins first impressions of clinic

I wasn't even a patient of this medical facility, just attending an external diabetic eye screening, but the receptionist manager desperately needs professional development. Her interpersonal skills are appalling. If she can't communicate effectively, why is she in this position? While standing mere steps away from me, she deliberately instructed the other receptionist not to assist me, simply because I was there for an external appointment. She represents a complete professional disgrace to the practice. Her conduct is so unacceptable that I wouldn't even award a single star rating!
