Rude receptionist ruins medical practice experience

Despite the medical professionals' expertise, I've been utterly dismayed by the behavior of the senior receptionist at the Crankhall Lane clinic. Her demeanor is shockingly unprofessional and lacks any semblance of empathy. Initially, she completely prevented me from expressing my concerns, stubbornly refusing to listen. Moreover, she seems to believe she has the authority to arbitrarily modify patient appointments, which is inappropriate given she has no medical qualifications or clinical training to make such judgments. Her conduct suggests she desperately needs comprehensive retraining in customer service, communication skills, and basic interpersonal respect. The entire situation is frankly ridiculous.
