Rude receptionist ruins otherwise helpful medical service

Getting a callback from the physician on the same day is fantastic amid the COVID-19 crisis, but the front desk staff member was discourteous and visibly overwhelmed during our interaction. She was sighing, making irritated sounds, and complaining that she wished people would stop calling, all while speaking with me. I recognize the immense stress of working during the pandemic and managing vaccination efforts, yet when you're not feeling well, the last thing you need is an abrasive receptionist making you feel worse!
