Rude Receptionist Ruins Patient Experience

The medical practice has some commendable doctors and generally reasonable appointment availability. However, one receptionist stands out as particularly problematic - she's consistently discourteous, interrupts patients, and seems eager to end calls quickly. Her manner is so off-putting that patients anticipate communication difficulties and often need to redial hoping for a more helpful colleague, though other reception staff are indeed pleasant. Obtaining repeat prescriptions recently became an absurd process. We encountered the stereotypical bureaucratic "computer says no" response. When we inquired about the correct email for prescription requests, the staff were unhelpfully evasive and refused to provide clear guidance. There appears to be an unexplained preference for Pheonix Pharmacy on Westmorland road, despite our repeated requests to use our preferred pharmacy. In a recent incident, they bizarrely split a single repeat prescription between two different pharmacies. They seem indifferent to the inconvenience this causes, particularly for my husband who is recovering from cancer and finds traveling to Pheonix challenging. While waiting at Pheonix, I overheard another patient voicing identical frustrations.
