Rude receptionist ruins patient experience at medical center

I cannot comprehend the issue with your front desk staff. One would assume she believes herself to be a medical professional, yet her communication style is completely unacceptable! Recently, I overheard her telephone conversation with a patient's relative, and I was absolutely appalled. Initially, I wasn't planning to raise a complaint since I'm not personally a patient at your practice. However, after learning that my friend is experiencing identical challenges today, I've decided it's time to speak up and address this unacceptable behavior.
