Rude receptionist ruins patient's healthcare experience

"Absolute Nightmare with Front Desk Staff" I've been a patient at this medical practice since 2003 and have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a receptionist as I did with "MEENA" today. When I attempted to speak with Narinder (who has always been incredibly kind), the receptionist abruptly shut down my request, insisting I contact NHS without hearing my full concern. She even began yelling at me, claiming I was causing her stress, when in reality, I was the one suffering from COVID and seeking assistance. Her complete lack of empathy and unwillingness to listen was shocking. I will definitely be writing directly to Dr. Adeel to report this unacceptable and distressing interaction.
