Rude receptionist ruins patient's healthcare experience

I attempted to schedule a medical appointment and was instructed by the receptionist to telephone precisely at 8:15am. When I courteously explained that dropping off my children at school would prevent me from calling at that exact time, she retorted, "So is everyone else in Weoley Castle." Her attitude struck me as curt and unaccommodating. While I recognize that medical practices have established protocols, there was absolutely no justification for such a sarcastic comment. Patients should be treated with compassion and consideration, particularly when they are balancing healthcare needs with family obligations. I am thoroughly disheartened by the apparent absence of empathy and professional courtesy.
