Rude receptionist ruins patient's healthcare experience

I was prepared to award this medical practice top marks for their physicians, but my experience with the receptionist Becky was absolutely appalling. When I called to inquire about my flu vaccination, given my extremely vulnerable status, I was dismissively told I'd receive it anytime between now and Christmas. Despite having Emphysema, I was informed that because I'm under 65, I must wait for a letter. Subsequently, I received another call stating they lack vaccines for those under 65, and was rudely advised to register elsewhere or take up the vaccine shortage with the government. The receptionist seemed bewildered why other clinics and even Tesco have vaccines available. I pointedly suggested they should have ordered vaccines earlier, especially considering they encountered similar supply issues last year. Her unprofessional and unhelpful attitude has left me with no choice but to file a formal complaint with the Care Quality Commission.
