Rude receptionist ruins potential healthcare experience

I haven't actually consulted a physician yet, so I can't evaluate their services, but the elderly female receptionist urgently requires additional customer service training. Her communication style is incredibly abrasive, with a tendency to selectively hear only what suits her. She consistently interrupts before allowing anyone to complete their thoughts, displaying an almost authoritarian demeanor as if she's infallible. Her defensive posture immediately transforms into aggression, presuming everyone intends to challenge her authority. She demonstrates a profound lack of empathy, seemingly categorizing all patients uniformly despite individual circumstances. During multiple interactions, we've consistently encountered problems and left the surgery without resolution. Even before meeting a doctor, this woman has transformed our initial experience into a frustrating ordeal. We've witnessed her deliberately humiliating an elderly gentleman attempting to discreetly submit a medical sample, publicly interrogating him about his documentation in front of other patients. Her unprofessional behavior extended to loudly broadcasting a phone patient's personal information, including their name, birthdate, and confidential medical reason for calling. She desperately needs comprehensive training in interpersonal communication and professional conduct. Whenever patients deviate slightly from her prescribed approach or request scheduling flexibility, she immediately becomes confrontational and threatens to remove them. Our next interaction will be documented to demonstrate her unacceptable treatment of patients. Her conduct towards the public is absolutely unacceptable. This review has been developing over weeks, with today's interaction with my partner representing the final breaking point. She displayed complete indifference to my partner's critical medication needs, responding with hostility when challenged about appointment availability. Her lack of compassion is shocking. We sincerely hope the attending physician can somehow compensate for this disastrous initial encounter at the surgery.
