Rude receptionist ruins potential medical experience

I was anticipating a call yesterday evening from Jaba, a receptionist who was incredibly discourteous. She claimed she had called, and when I explained that I never received the call, she became argumentative, stating "whether you received it or not is irrelevant, I called." Upon requesting to talk to a manager, she flatly refused, saying no manager was available, and continued to argue in a supremely dismissive manner. She insisted I bring in my sample, despite my samples having been with them for over three days. She claimed someone would call me this morning, so I informed my managers and kept my phone nearby. No call came. The front desk service was absolutely terrible. In contrast, the nurses and doctors were excellent.
