Rude Receptionist Ruins Prescription Request

The app erroneously indicated a denial of my repeat prescription, prompting me to contact the medical practice. It turned out the prescription was actually processed and ready at the pharmacy. While technical glitches are understandable, the receptionist's demeanor was shockingly poor. Other reviews echo similar complaints about staff rudeness. As someone working in healthcare, I'm well aware of job stress, but we're consistently trained to maintain professionalism and courtesy. Scheduling an appointment feels like an endless cycle of being told to call back the next day. Despite these administrative frustrations, I must acknowledge that the doctors themselves have consistently been excellent - always helpful, professional, and their treatment recommendations have generally been effective.
