Rude receptionist treats disabled aunt with disrespect

Yesterday I accompanied my elderly aunt to a medical consultation where we were initially greeted by a delightful receptionist who noticed my aunt's mobility challenges. Despite using a walker, my aunt remains cheerful and positive, always friendly with all surgery staff who know her well. After consulting with the doctor, we returned to reception to inquire about future appointments. The receptionist had changed to a woman named Caitlin, and I was appalled by her unprofessional behavior. She was incredibly rude, avoiding eye contact and rudely rummaging through her handbag while I was speaking. Her dismissive attitude towards my disabled aunt was absolutely unacceptable. When we needed to collect some samples, she flatly refused to provide a container and callously instructed my 81-year-old aunt with cerebral palsy to walk to the pharmacy, fully aware she cannot do so independently. This treatment was deeply distressing for my aunt, and I am absolutely determined to report this incident to the Care Quality Commission. Such disrespectful conduct is completely inappropriate for someone working in healthcare.
