Rude Receptionists Blocked My Daughter's Care

Medical professionals at this clinic are excellent once you secure an appointment, but navigating their initial reception is a nightmare. The front desk staff are incredibly dismissive and unhelpful, particularly when I tried to get care for my young child. They flatly refused to accommodate us, repeatedly interrupting me and claiming they were at full capacity for the day. Their complete lack of empathy and compassion was shocking - they showed zero concern for my daughter's well-being. I absolutely believe the reception team desperately needs comprehensive customer service training and much closer management oversight. Their communication approach is completely unacceptable and borderline cruel.
