Rude receptionists destroy patient's medical experience

ZERO STARS.... THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONISTS IMAGINABLE. WHEN I SOUGHT CLARIFICATION ABOUT MY BIOLOGICAL MEDICATION, THE FIRST RECEPTIONIST BECAME INCREDIBLY DEFENSIVE AND DISMISSIVE. MY WIFE AUDIBLY REMARKED ON HER INAPPROPRIATE TONE IN THE BACKGROUND. THEN ANOTHER IMMATURE RECEPTIONIST GRABBED THE PHONE, RUDELY INTERJECTING WITHOUT EVEN INTRODUCING HERSELF, AGGRESSIVELY DEMANDING TO KNOW WHOSE ATTITUDE WAS BEING DISCUSSED. I EXPLAINED THAT MY WIFE WAS SIMPLY COMMENTING, AND ASKED IF SHE WAS SERIOUS. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO TALK OVER ME CONTINUOUSLY. I ADMITTEDLY BECAME FRUSTRATED, RAISED MY VOICE, AND ULTIMATELY ENDED THE CALL.... BUT I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO ACCEPT TREATMENT FROM SOMEONE WHO SOUNDS LIKE A TEENAGER, WHO FAILS TO IDENTIFY HERSELF AND THEN VERBALLY ATTACKS MY WIFE. THIS PRACTICE AND THESE INDIVIDUALS WILL BE FORMALLY REPORTED TO THE LANCASHIRE TRUST FOR THEIR UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT. CANNOT WAIT TO CHANGE PRACTICES. I WILL NOW DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO MAKE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE.
