Rude receptionists make healthcare a frustrating nightmare

The receptionists at this facility display an unacceptable level of discourtesy. It's striking how numerous complaints exist about their unprofessional behavior, yet seemingly no action is taken. They are dishonest and offer zero constructive assistance. They promise return calls that never materialize. These individuals represent the NHS, and as an NHS employee myself, I'm deeply embarrassed. My parents have mental disabilities, and despite our repeated requests for written communication, they persistently telephone two individuals who struggle with communication. We've sought prescription assistance, and they callously claimed it was "impossible" - since when is providing a simple document such a challenging task? I intend to file a formal complaint with NHS, demanding either their immediate removal or comprehensive retraining. Their conduct is causing more harm than healing, exacerbating patients' existing challenges instead of providing supportive care.
