Rude receptionists make healthcare experience unbearable

While I acknowledge there are some genuinely kind individuals among the reception staff, the majority demonstrate a concerning lack of interpersonal skills. Their communication style tends to be confrontational and demeaning. It's crucial that they develop better etiquette and professional conduct. Patients are already dealing with health challenges, so the last thing they need is additional emotional strain from insensitive staff interactions. A little compassion and respect would go a long way in improving the patient experience.
