Rude Receptionists Mishandled My Heart Failure Care

I'm referring to Cardiff bay surgery located in Grange health centre. The reception staff are incredibly discourteous and unhelpful. It seems like they despise their work and aim to spread their misery to everyone. They come across as patronizing, disrespectful, and overly critical, and they'll only arrange a doctor's callback in a few weeks if it's an absolute emergency. Prescriptions frequently go missing, with staff consistently blaming Boots pharmacy in Canton. Numerous times, I've had to shuttle back and forth between the pharmacy and surgery, trying to locate my prescription, which is frequently incorrect - either items are missing or extras are included. The entire system is completely chaotic. After being diagnosed with heart failure and edema, the receptionists offered a GP phone consultation in 3 weeks. An important prescription sent from my consultant at St Davids went unnoticed until 4 weeks later when I attended a blood test and inquired about it, after the consultant had already called me that morning. While this might not be the GP's direct fault, they desperately need to address their reception staff, or patients could potentially suffer serious consequences. I've recently left the practice and wish I had done so years ago. Although I appreciated Dr Naseem and the nurses, their reception staff completely undermines their quality of care.
