Rude receptionists ruin an otherwise good medical experience

The medical staff are excellent, but echoing other reviews, the front desk personnel are terrible! I called to schedule an appointment after receiving a text message, initially being told they were completely full, only to then suddenly have appointment options available. The staff's approach of yelling from a considerable distance to inquire about COVID symptoms lacks professionalism. They also loudly questioned whether I'd had a COVID test in the past two weeks, which I had due to a hospital visit (and it was negative). They desperately need to improve their communication methods and approach to patient interactions.
