Rude receptionists ruin patient experience

The reception staff at this medical facility are incredibly unsympathetic and cold. While I understand their job involves handling challenging interactions, they demonstrate absolutely no understanding or desire to assist patients. Whenever you attempt to communicate with them, you're invariably forced to submit an online request and then endure a multi-day wait before any action is taken. The medical professionals themselves - the doctors and nurses - are generally competent and supportive, but the administrative side, particularly the reception process, is extremely frustrating. When someone is unwell or managing a chronic health condition, the last thing they need is to be met with such dismissive and unhelpful attitudes from the front-line staff. The lack of basic customer service and compassion from the reception team is deeply disappointing and adds unnecessary stress to an already challenging healthcare experience.
