Rude receptionists ruin patient experience at clinic

I am utterly dismayed by the reception staff's conduct at Saint Mary Surgery. Their demeanor is shockingly arrogant, discourteous, and deeply disrespectful. They consistently interrupt patients mid-sentence, and their communication style suggests they're bestowing a grand favor merely by performing their basic job duties. It is profoundly disturbing to encounter such an unwelcoming and dismissive approach, particularly in a healthcare setting that should prioritize patient care. Some individuals, especially those battling mental health challenges, desperately require empathy and compassion—not this frigid, patronizing treatment. Such behavior is completely intolerable. A medical facility must ensure its staff demonstrates genuine kindness and respect towards patients. The current reception team's attitude makes patients feel marginalized and emotionally diminished even before receiving care. I genuinely hope this critique prompts serious self-reflection and genuine remorse for their unprofessional interactions. I strongly urge immediate and meaningful improvements. Patients unquestionably merit far better treatment.
