Rude receptionists: Unwarranted superiority

The demeanor exhibited by the front desk staff leaves much to be desired. Their interactions come across as unnecessarily abrasive, as if they're projecting personal frustrations onto innocent patrons. It's perplexing how they conduct themselves with such an unwarranted air of superiority, given their position doesn't typically command such attitudes. One can't help but wonder if their brusque behavior stems from dissatisfaction with their career trajectory or perceived lack of advancement opportunities. Regardless, it's inappropriate to subject customers to such treatment, especially considering it's not the clientele's responsibility to bear the brunt of their professional discontent.
