Rude staff and endless phone tag

ABSOLUTE WORST MEDICAL PRACTICE. I've been struggling with this surgery's communication since early morning. Initially, they instruct you to call at 8:30am, but when you do, their line perpetually claims they're busy - which I'm certain is a lie. When they finally respond and you explain your needs, they merely redirect you in endless loops. The morning receptionist was wonderfully helpful, doing her job perfectly, and I naively thought that would resolve everything. Later, my mother receives an aborted call, and then I get contacted, forcing me to call back. I spent approximately 30 minutes on hold while simultaneously managing my work responsibilities. The subsequent representative was incredibly discourteous and spoke with an aggressive tone... if you're unhappy in your role, simply resign. Numerous individuals would appreciate this position and certainly possess superior customer service abilities. My frustration escalated when she repeatedly claimed ignorance instead of checking their computer system. Honestly, I'm perplexed why my family continues associating with this practice. Personally, I'm relieved to have transferred to another medical facility in a completely different location, where the staff - both doctors and receptionists - understand proper patient communication and actually investigate issues before responding with dismissive "I don't know" statements. Absolutely Unacceptable
