Rude staff and endless waiting times

As a UKC student, this medical centre is the nearest to me, but proximity doesn't compensate for its numerous shortcomings. 1. I completed online registration with a confirmation email, yet when I arrived for a flu jab, I was told I wasn't registered. Staff accused me of lying and incompetence, even when I showed proof. It took three attempts to finally get registered. 2. Every single one of my approximately 10 appointments ran 40-50 minutes late. Once in my third year, I waited 90 minutes and when I inquired, the receptionist was indifferent and couldn't explain the delay. 3. Some GPs are dismissive and patronizing. When discussing persistent migraines, I was simply told to drink more water, despite already consuming 2L daily. 4. As an asthmatic, I've been prescribed unsuitable medication 3 out of 5 times, forcing me to now request journal verification. 5. When running late, I called ahead and was met with hostility, being told I'd lose my appointment and was wasting time. 6. Receptionists demand intrusive medical details, creating embarrassment and forcing patients to justify their need for an appointment. 7. I've been prescribed medication over the phone due to appointment unavailability. 8. Receptionists frequently demonstrate poor attitudes, often belittling students. 9. Contraceptive pill patients must attend quarterly check-ups despite being able to get year-long prescriptions. 10. Mandatory quarterly asthma assessments are required. 11. Prescription repeats can only be done in-person, despite claims of online service. 12. Online booking is limited to two weeks in advance. 13. During a recent call, I experienced staff attempting to hang up, followed by being 24th in the queue. 14. The centre has an unwelcoming atmosphere. 15. Staff seem more interested in socializing than serving patients. 16. Arriving two minutes late resulted in nearly losing my appointment, with the receptionist repeatedly emphasizing her "generosity" in accommodating me. 17. Receptionists insist on phone consultations before booking appointments, requiring detailed medical explanations. 18. Morning appointment attempts often consume entire lecture times. Overall, this medical centre is subpar. Being in my third year, switching seems more troublesome than enduring current services.
