Rude staff and impossible appointment times

These employees are undoubtedly the most pompous and ineffective I've encountered. If they dedicated as much energy to genuinely assisting customers instead of talking down and belittling them, the service would be exceptional. It's perplexing how they can inundate you with constant text reminders about flu vaccinations (which are impossible to stop), yet when you're genuinely sick, they inform you it'll be a month before you can get an appointment. Take my advice and seek healthcare elsewhere, which is exactly what I did.
