Rude staff and mixed-up medication mess

This medical practice is absolutely dreadful. The receptionists interrogate patients as if they're playing doctor, and their rudeness is beyond tolerable. One receptionist named Hassan even had the audacity to tell me, "you're not the only patient here." They constantly push patients to use their online system, but when you actually submit your concerns through the app, nobody bothers to read them. You end up having to phone in and repeat everything all over again. Nearly all the reception and administrative staff are incredibly discourteous and become immediately defensive if you dare to question them. As a parent of a child with special needs, I'm particularly frustrated by their consistent medication mix-ups. Despite multiple explanations, they continuously send prescriptions to incorrect suppliers and pharmacies. I strongly advise avoiding this practice if possible. They might be acceptable for patients with minimal medical needs, but for those requiring genuine medical attention, they're completely inadequate. In over two years, my daughter has barely seen a doctor twice - it's absurd! The so-called senior reception manager, Ugho, seems incapable of resolving anything and displays zero leadership qualities. His lack of basic customer service skills is shocking, especially considering they work in a healthcare environment. It's simply unacceptable.
