The front desk employees display a discriminatory and discourteous attitude, arbitrarily selecting patients instead of following the proper queuing order. During my blood test, I was initially anxious, but Nurse Nosheen was exceptional. Her professionalism and compassionate approach made the procedure almost imperceptible. She was incredibly attentive, answering my questions and effectively alleviating the stress caused by the unwelcoming reception staff. Most alarmingly, I distinctly witnessed a mouse scurrying beneath the refrigerator. When I brought this to the nurse's attention, she repeatedly denied the occurrence, which is deeply concerning. The facility urgently needs thorough cleaning, as this is fundamentally a matter of hygiene and patient safety.
