Rude staff and poor communication at practice

One receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful, failing to communicate effectively with patients and doctors about changes in rules regarding my illness. My doctor didn't even inform me, but the pain consultant did. Instead of leaving patients feeling abandoned and unsure about their care for two years, they should improve communication and provide better understanding. They come across as heartless and uncaring, and could benefit from a course in bedside manners. After filing a complaint against the doctor, I was removed from their practice and told to go to a different one, despite them signing a form to keep me five years earlier. If you want to be gaslighted, this is the perfect doctors' office for you. Four years ago, I was told my neck tumor was the same as others recently discovered, but this was proven incorrect after registering with another practice - demonstrating how utterly useless they are.
