Rude staff and poor service at medical center

The most significant issue with this medical facility lies in the subpar performance of certain front desk staff. There's an unmistakable sense of superiority permeating the environment, with one particularly domineering receptionist who appears to believe she runs the place. Getting an appointment with a seemingly unmotivated doctor is incredibly challenging, as they seem to prefer remote consultations. The staff could definitely benefit from improving their customer service and hiring more professional receptionists who actually care about patient experience.
