I am deeply dissatisfied with the services provided to patients at this clinic. For over 18 months, I have been dealing with serious health concerns, and their response has been consistently inadequate - referring me to incorrect clinics, prescribing wrong medications, and displaying unprofessional behavior, particularly from Olatunde O Macaulay. The waiting times are absurdly long, and when you finally manage to contact someone, all appointments are already booked. Ironically, their walls are covered with statements about not tolerating rude patients, when their own staff exhibits extremely disrespectful conduct. I cannot comprehend how some of these individuals continue to work in medical practice. I strongly advise against scheduling an appointment with Olatunde O Macaulay, who is not only unprofessional but also appears racist. During my appointment, he claimed he had just returned from holiday and was dismissive of my attempts to discuss my health concerns. While I was in significant pain and feeling completely humiliated, he chose to converse with my brother about unrelated topics from my home country instead of addressing my medical issues. Fortunately, my brother accompanied me, and after the appointment, Mr. Jay Thakkar apologized for the degrading experience. However, my complaint remains unprocessed, and I continue to struggle with serious health problems without receiving any meaningful assistance. I cannot emphasize enough: avoid Knares Medical Practice at all costs.
