The customer service here is subpar, with employees displaying a clear lack of enthusiasm when providing guidance, seemingly eager to end calls as quickly as possible. When you finally get through to the reception, you're greeted with an abrupt "hello!" that conveys an unmistakable sense of irritation, as if thinking, "what now?!" Their condescending attitude is particularly offensive, especially considering they are funded by taxpayers like myself. It's not just me who feels this way - the widespread silence doesn't equate to satisfaction. Just because people aren't voicing complaints doesn't mean the service is acceptable!
