Rude staff and unhelpful medical experience at clinic

The receptionist, Donna Llewellyn, comes across as incredibly patronizing! When seeking assistance, one expects support, not condescension. The ACT (Advanced Clinical Technician) also displays a rather harsh demeanor. During one visit, I endured a 45-minute wait to see him. After he addressed my initial concern, I simply requested a quick glance at a mole that had previously been examined at the surgery. He dismissively suggested I could have any future medical professional take a look without scheduling an appointment. However, when I brought this up with ACT Mike, he flatly refused, insisting I make another separate appointment—despite my having already waited an extended period to see him.
