Rude staff and unprofessional medical practice nightmare

The staff demonstrated an incredibly discourteous demeanor. Sending results via email, which had never been problematic in previous years, suddenly became an unacceptable option today. I was informed that results could only be collected in person, not emailed. Earlier, I had contacted them about my address change and inquired about maintaining my registration due to multiple health conditions, explaining that I work just a minute away from their practice, which would be convenient for potential GP visits. They assured me this was fine and confirmed they wouldn't modify my address in their system. Surprisingly, when collecting my results, I received a letter stating my registration would terminate in 28 days. The receptionist insinuated that I was dishonest about previously discussing my move, claiming they would have documented such communication. Perhaps this bitter employee should review the call recording and consult the incompetent staff member who failed to log the note instead of accusing me of fabricating information. Their conduct was thoroughly unprofessional. Fortunately, I've discovered an exceptional practice near my home, operating from 8am to 6:30pm, with staff who were absolutely delightful during our phone interaction. What a remarkable contrast in service quality.
