Rude staff cancelled daughter's urgent appointment

I arrived at the doctor's office for my daughter's 3:30 appointment at 3:34, only to find a single receptionist managing the queue while her colleagues were chatting in another room. After waiting 5 minutes with four people ahead of me, I reached the desk at 3:40. Despite my daughter's name not being called, the receptionist claimed I was late and cancelled the appointment. When I questioned why her name wasn't announced, she dismissively suggested I take my daughter to the urgent treatment centre. Her attitude was unnecessarily hostile. This is the third time I've brought my 2-year-old in for breathing issues and wheezing. They prescribed antibiotics without properly diagnosing the problem, simply telling me to take them "just in case." To make matters worse, my daughter had a reaction to the medication, and once again, they provided no meaningful assistance or explanation. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professional care and communication.
