Rude staff ignored me at reception

During my visit to clarify a concern, the reception staff appeared completely disinterested, with all the female employees engaged in casual conversation. I felt utterly disregarded and humiliated. When someone finally acknowledged me, she provided minimal information, dismissively stating she would send a link to my phone. Her lack of willingness to assist or explain anything seemed potentially rooted in discrimination, given my status as a white foreigner. Consequently, I terminated my membership and returned to my previous general practitioner, where I had been a patient for five years. In contrast, my old GP consistently provided excellent service both via telephone and in-person, with doctors who consistently demonstrated genuine empathy and understanding - qualities entirely absent from this terrible establishment. The staff's unprofessional attitude suggests they are unsuited to their roles, and if they are unwilling to work and support patients, they should not be in customer service positions. After all, patients indirectly contribute through their payments and deserve a basic standard of respect and dignity.
