Rude Staff Ignored My Asthma Concerns

Reception personnel displayed an appalling lack of empathy, consistently interrupting and disregarding my attempts to communicate. While experiencing severe respiratory distress, I was repeatedly talked over when trying to explain my urgent need for asthma medication. If the staff would simply pause and listen, it would make an already challenging process of seeking medical assistance somewhat more manageable.
