Rude staff ignored my son's breathing issues

Regrettably, I wish I could rate this less than one star, but the rating system doesn't allow it. I'm thoroughly frustrated with the staff's conduct at this medical practice. This morning, my initial phone call lasted 44 minutes before being disconnected, and upon redialing, I remained third in the queue for 35 minutes. When I arrived in person, the reception area was filled with staff members engrossed in casual conversations, with some simply lounging around. After carefully observing the situation, I spoke with a staff member named Shannon, who was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. I explained my son's critical health concern - he has experienced four breathing cessation episodes in a month - but she callously suggested merely giving him water and conducting a self-examination, refusing to recommend a doctor's consultation. My attempts to speak with Dr. Hakeem were futile, and I'm convinced he would have been more responsive to another patient. When I called last Friday, they claimed no appointments were available and repeated the same unhelpful advice. Absolutely not recommended, and a complete disappointment in patient care. 😕
