Rude Staff Insulted Me During Booking Call

I received a call scheduling an appointment, but due to my current commitments, I explained I'd contact them back when my schedule allowed. Before ending the call, they surprisingly insulted me by labeling me as crazy. It's disappointing that this medical practice fails to understand professional courtesy. A healthcare facility that receives payment for each patient should demonstrate basic respect. Their behavior is unprofessional and raises serious questions about their customer service. Would anyone willingly return to a business that verbally demeans its patients? Their approach is unacceptable and undermines the fundamental principles of patient care.
