Rude staff overshadows medical professionals' quality care

The medical professionals here are excellent, but navigating past the front desk staff is a challenge. My teenage daughter has repeatedly experienced embarrassing and demeaning interactions when seeking help for personal health concerns, which highlights a critical need for comprehensive staff sensitivity training. After observing the condescending behavior of the receptionist today, I am actively seeking alternative healthcare providers who can offer a more respectful and compassionate patient experience.
