Rude staff ruin potential health care experience

The medical care was passable, neither exceptional nor terrible, but the reception and administrative team's demeanor was absolutely appalling!! Recently relocated, I phoned the practice to understand why my details vanished from the NHS app with a notification stating I was no longer registered, despite providing no such instruction. I was left on perpetual hold, to the point where I genuinely believed my call had been forgotten and ultimately disconnected to retry. Upon redialing, I explained my situation and attempted to lighten the mood by referencing my blood pressure medication, only to be met with an incredibly condescending response that I had an inappropriate attitude and they were attempting to assist me. I was absolutely shocked by the aggressive manner of their statement. She proceeded to berate me, ironically criticizing my attitude while simultaneously preventing me from speaking. She transferred me to the original staff member supposedly gathering information. I was informed I'd been removed from their patient roster 'without consultation or notification' and provided a number. As I scrambled to find something to record it, I muttered 'Jesus Christ' to myself, prompting her to reprimand my language! In the background, I overheard her colleague suggesting she terminate the call if I appeared discourteous…….. When in reality, the staff were the sole source of rudeness. They were among the most insufferable professionals I've encountered recently. The irony of being accused of poor behavior while being systematically talked over was not lost on me. While I'm grateful for ultimately obtaining the necessary information, their staff desperately require comprehensive training in professional communication and customer service. Their conduct is utterly inexcusable, and they urgently need substantial lessons in basic interpersonal etiquette.
