Rude staff ruins customer's experience with newborn

I can merely echo the sentiments of previous commenters. Extremely discourteous and disrespectful behavior. Last Friday morning, I regrettably missed my scheduled appointments. I fully acknowledge that this was entirely my own mistake. Nevertheless, I phoned to explain my circumstances and immediately offered my sincere apologies. Managing time with a newborn is incredibly challenging, as my infant naturally doesn't comprehend our scheduled commitments. The woman (wearing a red sweater that day) on the phone was incredibly harsh, addressing me as if I were an irresponsible teenager who skipped a school class. When I arrived precisely 10 minutes late, the situation repeated itself, with her speaking to me like I was a child. I'm a mature adult in my mid-thirties, not a juvenile. Her approach was decidedly unprofessional, passing judgment on individuals who are running behind. I will always prioritize my child's needs above all else. Without question.
