Rude staff who won't listen to patients

The staff came across as unhelpful and dismissive, showing little willingness to listen to my concerns. Securing an appointment has become an incredibly difficult process. It's disappointing to note that this pattern of poor accessibility and limited attentiveness seems to be a widespread issue across the various healthcare services I've encountered recently.
