Rushed and rude doctor dismisses patient concerns

After enduring a lengthy wait for my appointment, I was finally called in to see Elizabeth. She spent barely five minutes with me before declaring, "That's done." When I attempted to raise another health concern, she curtly informed me that she could only address one issue and I'd need to schedule a separate appointment. I pointed out the extensive wait time to see her, but she responded with notable hostility, sarcastically remarking, "I have a waiting room full of patients... I'll have to tell them you want extra time." I was stunned, as I hadn't even mentioned the primary reason for my visit. Elizabeth left the room and returned visibly irritated, demanding, "What's the problem?" Later, I asked my husband, who was in the waiting area, if she had spoken to other patients. He confirmed she hadn't, yet I felt deeply humiliated and completely invalidated. The encounter left me emotionally shaken and profoundly disrespected. As a result, I've since transferred to a different medical practice. The entire experience was utterly disappointing.
