Rushed consultations and poor patient care fail

I am utterly frustrated with the medical care provided here. Firstly, how can a physician possibly make an accurate diagnosis through a brief phone call, particularly when each consultation barely lasts two minutes? Telephone consultations are inherently problematic, with communication delays, and I consistently feel unheard and undervalued by my GP. The conversations feel rushed and superficial, leaving me with the impression that my health concerns are not taken seriously. I frequently find myself having to research and suggest potential tests, as the doctors seem unable to identify the underlying issue. Moreover, scheduled appointments are consistently delayed by hours, which creates significant challenges for someone like myself working 45-hour shift work. Finding appointments that align with my demanding schedule is already difficult, and when doctors fail to adhere to their own timing, it becomes even more problematic. How can patients be expected to prioritize their health when healthcare providers demonstrate such blatant disregard? It's no surprise that many individuals end up seeking emergency care at Broomfield Hospital. I am actively seeking to change medical practices and would strongly advise others experiencing similar treatment to do the same. The service is completely unacceptable, and their apparent indifference towards patient care is deeply disappointing and infuriating.
