My experience at Mirfield Surgery was outstanding, thanks to the professionalism and kindness of Safia, the healthcare assistant who supported me during my appointment. I have a genuine fear of needles, but Safia immediately put me at ease with her calm manner and reassuring approach. She was incredibly patient, talked me through each step, and made sure I felt relaxed before proceeding. Her professionalism and gentle confidence made a world of difference. I’m truly grateful for the care she provided.
